Construction of an 86,000 square foot, 5-story class A office completed on the fast-track schedule. The building is composed of a structural steel frame with architectural precast and glass wall system. Work included Euro qualifiers predictions todaycomplete building build-out, including 12,227 sq ft office for the US Attorney. Using a combination of grade-bearing precast concrete panels and reflective glass, the project’s team was able to create a striking corporate image while economizing on construction cost.
