An addition to The Grove Resort & Water Park, The Terraces at the Grove Resort is 6 miles from Walt Disney World® Theme Parks and is in a prime location in Central Florida. The Terraces Project is a 4-story luxury condo hotel with a total of 160 units and 10 different unit styles with balconies. Amenities include 211 2024 European Cup official betting appparking spaces, pool with private cabanas, poolside bar, laundry facility fitness area, Grab & Go market, Lounge/bar, and storage rooms.
Construction will consist of four levels of wood frame that include both dimensional lumber walls and truss component floors and roof.
