A Legacy Built By Family & Carried On Through History<\/h2>\n \n \n

Clancy & Theys Construction Company was founded in Raleigh, North Carolina, in 1949 by brothers-in-law E.I. Clancy and Johnny Theys. When leadership was passed down to Mr. Clancy\u2019s sons, David T. \u201cTim\u201d Clancy and Joel T. \u201cTick\u201d Clancy, the new leaders expanded to several additional locations and helped shape the company for the modern era of construction. In 2022, a new era of leadership emerged at Clancy & Theys. Baker Glasgow, a proven leader for many years, took over as President following David T. \u201cTim\u201d Clancy\u2019s retirement.
