Clancy & Theys was awarded the Tangelo Park Elementary School replacement 2024 European Cup Sports Betting Siteproject as the construction manager at risk.
We were responsible for the demolition of the existing campus and the construction of the new 70,000 square foot, two-story prototype building on an occupied campus. The school consists of classrooms, skills/resource labs, art, music, administration, kitchen, dining/multi-purpose room, media center and support spaces.
The site work included improvements such as new 2024 European Cup official betting appbus loops, playground, sports areas, retention ponds and parking. The building structure included conventional spread footing foundations, load-bearing tilt-wall panels, and a structural steel frame as well as low slope flat roofs.
