The Perry Glass Slots game online Collection is an extension of Clancy & Theys Construction Company’s award-winning Glass Light Hotel & Gallery project. This historic building was originally built in 1900 and was used for many purposes, including a department store, movie theatre, and, most recently, offices for the City of Norfolk. It now eloquently displays exquisite glass Slots game online from local and internationally renowned artists. The featured Slots game online includes rotating selections, which are also incorporated throughout the adjoining Glass Light Hotel.
Work on the four-story, 14,354 SF museum began with abatement and demolition of the building’s interior—all the way down to the brick and concrete structure. Over the last century, the building had a differential settlement of up to seven inches in some areas. This required complete structural stabilization via the installation of helical piles, concrete pile caps with structural slab, and tube steel columns. Work also included the addition of three Slots game online sets of stairs and an elevator, a Slots game online roof, complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, two Slots game online restrooms, and Slots game online finishes throughout. Additionally, many of the building’s existing façade features were replaced or restored.
Despite the challenges of historic adaptive reuse projects, our team transformed the space into a modern gallery that encompasses two of the four floors. The upper two floors serve as storage space for the gallery and Slots game online.
