Clancy & Theys Construction Company provided through construction management the lord Corporation Office Building. A 48,500 sq ft, three-story office 2024 European Cup Sports Betting Sitebuilding on the Lord Corporation campus. The building contains offices, meeting rooms, work rooms, break areas, and a video conference room. Overlapping, double-height spaces connect open office, lounge, and lobby spaces. Glass curtain wall and large window panels visually connect the building spaces with the landscape and the wooded vistas to the north. The interior finishings pay homage to the natural surroundings. The lobby 2024 European Cup official websiteand stairway highlight the Red Oak slats harvested from the site and terrazzo flooring accentuated by an ornamental glass railing system with brushed metal details. The project has a complex under-floor distribution system which includes all mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The facility’s lighting is 99% LED and has computerized day lighting controls. One hundred percent of the interior brick is recycled. This project earned LEED Gold.
