The Quarter, a new 307 unit multi-family community currently in the preconstruction phase, will be erected in the booming South End area of Charlotte. Three of The Quarter’s four structures will be four story apartment buildings offering a total of 300 units. One of these three buildings will house the clubhouse and a majority of the community’s amenity spaces, giving residents a central location to congregate.
